Busy Week

Updated: Jul 5, 2022

It's been quite a busy week around here! I'm even late getting the blog out. I was able to get some veggies & flowers planted last weekend, but there's still a lot to get done in the yard.

And in case you missed it, my first pattern is up on Ravelry! I am soo excited about it. There's been lots of love for it already. You can check it out HERE. I'm going to run a special promo for it .... details will be down below.

I've also made some headway on the next two patterns. I've redesigned the knit trinity scarf & it's almost ready to be tested. It's a double-knit scarf, so the graphics will be "readable" from either side. I fell in love with double knitting because the possibilities for colour ways are almost endless! The beauty of this pattern is that it could also be done in single crochet & be just as pretty. Hopefully, I can have it tested in both ways & up on Ravelry quickly.

I'm also working on a Supernatural themed shawl & scarf. I'm hoping to have it ready to send over to testing in the next few weeks too. The basic design will be similar to the Trinity shawl & I'm thinking a nice #3 weight yarn to make it easily wearable in summer. Of course, a thicker yarn would make it nice for Spring or Fall too. 🤔 Choices, choices!

So, about that promo .... I've decided to kick off my first pattern with a 25% off discount! BUT the only way to get the code is to subscribe to the blog.

This discount code will only be available until June 6th at 11:59pm, so don't wait too long!

Here's what you need to do:

- at the bottom of the page, add your email to the "Join My Mailing List" box & click on the "Subscribe" button.

- a welcome email will be sent to you, with the coupon code inside.

- on the Ravelry Pattern page, click on "Add to Cart" & enter the code in the "use coupon code" section.

- make sure the discount is applied, then proceed with the checkout.

Now that you have all the info about that, I'm off to play with the critters & maybe get some of my own knitting done.

Happy Stitching!
